We are looking for the next amazing addition to our team! We are in the food & beverage industry, and are looking to expand our customer base. We’re rapidly building our team and are pushing hard for overall growth for the company. Based in Groveland, FL our team is passionate, talented, and customer-focused.

We are looking to acquire a new Call Specialist for our team to create the top of the funnel for our company growth. Our ideal candidate is excellent at mining opportunities, making positive connections, and delivering meetings. You must have a positive and go-getter attitude! As a member of our team, you’ll acquire new clients organically and from leads by prospecting, cultivating relationships, setting appointments, and managing leads. You’ll obtain critical information about potential new clients, schedule calls, and conduct follow-up activities with prospects.

You’ll start out with a 30-hour per week part-time position with a W2. You’ll have the opportunity to make bonuses on all closed sales following a 90 day review. Your hours will be between 9am and 5pm.

You will earn $20/hour plus bonuses as a part-time Sales Representative & Call Specialist. Once you are moved to a full-time, you have the opportunity to earn upwards of $25+/hr plus performance bonuses. Our bonuses are based on confirmed purchases and net profits from that sale.

What you’ll do:

  • Be an agent of growth at the top of our funnel, delivering potential prospects to our team
  • Create leads and opportunities by data mining and cold-calling to generate and book new customers
  • Navigate gatekeepers to secure meetings with decision-makers
  • Overcome objections and resistance encountered in the booking process
  • Apply exceptional follow-up skills to cultivate relationships with key players
  • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process
  • Work as a team to achieve monthly sales goals, as well as your individual objectives
